01. Making an enquiry
Website forms, phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages are enquiries. A date or place is reserved only when Maha confirms it directly. Please check the service, date, time, venue and price in your confirmation.
02. Consultation and suitability
Treatment depends on an appropriate assessment and informed consent. A consultation does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be suitable or offered. Share relevant information through the clinic’s consultation process and ask any questions before agreeing to treatment.
03. Prices and payment
Website prices are based on the supplied clinic list dated 9 December 2025. Confirm the current total, product or package, and what is included before booking. Treatment prices and academy course fees are separate. Any deposit, balance deadline or payment terms must be explained in writing before payment.
04. Changing or cancelling an appointment
Contact Maha as soon as you need to change or cancel a booking. Ask for the cancellation notice period and any deposit or rescheduling terms before paying. This website does not impose a fixed cancellation charge or a blanket non-refundable deposit rule. Your confirmed booking terms and applicable consumer rights govern any payment or refund.
05. Late arrival or missed appointments
If you expect to be late or cannot attend, call 07460 215029. The clinic will discuss whether the appointment can proceed, needs adjusting or should be rearranged. Any relevant charges must have been communicated as part of the booking terms.
06. Academy places
Before enrolling, confirm entry requirements, course content, dates, fees, model arrangements and assessment or certification requirements with the academy. Ask about cancellation, transfer and refund arrangements before payment.
07. Questions or concerns
For booking changes, feedback or a concern about a service, email contact@mahaaesthetics.co.uk or call 07460 215029. Keep your confirmation and payment records available so the clinic can identify the booking. Nothing in this policy removes statutory rights.
